Bad quality bed - OK Furniture Zevenwacht Mall Kuils River
Bought a bed in September 2024 at the OK Furniture store at the Zevenwaght Kuils River Mall in January / February 2025 the bed was becoming uncomfortable and had weird sounds I complained at the store and they told me they need pictures as proof i told them it's a weird sound of which i can take a video they told me specifically photos which was emailed and whatsapp to the customer service email address and whatsapp number. Then we received received a request to send more videos by removing mattress from base of bed. How much proof do you require is the question.

06 Jun 2025, 13:23OK Furniture Zevenwacht Mall consultant advised that there is nothing than can be done or perhaps repairs or replacing bed purchased. This is really bad customer service.
The question is what why purchased a bed with a warranty.....
