bad quality

I Bought an kic fridge on the 02/08/2015 from ok furniture in nigel. I logged a complaint with the 11/08/2015. The supplier came to the house with a bad attitude and no assistance. The fridge was inspected by the supplier and no work was done from a repair point of view. I have made several calls to the store to only get no feedback. I will call you back but nothing is happening. I bought several goods from ok furnitures to receive this kind off assistance is really disappointing. I have reported this complaint within 7 days as was explained to me by the store.
