Bad management at OK soshanguve

Today i was preapproved for an account at OK furniture and i called the local branch in Soshanguve to support the branch closest my residence. i went went there at 4:50 pm and from there 1st i was told i can use my passport as the proof of my identity and i went and spoke to the branch manager she refused but she then told the sales person to go ahead with my passport. i was applying for an account for TV and a TV stand and the sale person said that the manager said that the deal cannot be done without a valid tv licence and we called sabc and they gave me a 50 discount and i said to the sales person that submit the deal and if it gets approved i will settle my bill with SABC but the manager refused . I was buying a stand and tv but a stand doesnt require a tv licence so my deal wasn't submitted . i so dissapointed with the treatment i got from OK . the manger is rude and respect people. she took my passport to check it. imagine what can i do . with me i have the deposit money and the tv licence but she deposit. i know that in south afirca one need a valid tv to purchase a TV and i am willing to pay it upon my approval of the account but the rude boss refused.
