Bad experience and long useless process

I had a bad experience at OK Furnisher in Tzaneen.I waited at the Cue from 5am until 14pm . As compared to other retail store like Game where there is a huge crowd ,at Game you will not wait for such long hours. The company need to add temporary staff to assist during busy periods.You find that one staff member is supposed to perform more than 3 task , this indicate that the company is trying to benefit at the expense of customers.
