Bad Delivery Service

I went to OK furniture in Alberton store to purchase a bed on the 25th of July 2020 only to be told they would have stock in a couple of days which I'm still awaiting delivery at the branch so i can pick up my bed the sales guy I spoke to told me about the warehouse story.. I explained to him that I need the bed urgently I made payment yet there's no bed no communication as to why I haven't received my bed apart from the same story of no stock yet they have received my money.This is the worst service of empty promises.
