Bad Customer Services

yesterday i went to OK furniture Roodepoort and the service i received was very bad . the consultant saw me moving around and they were busy on the phone talking as if they work for call center . i asked the lady who work at customer services and she was not willing to help however she sent me a lady who came to me never explain the product , never ask if its cash or installment . those people they have bad service.
