BAD Customer service OK

I bought a twin tub washing machine at OK in Kathu and literally 3 weeks after the 12 months passed. i phoned them now and Molly was very helpful however they have system issues and she cant book the machine now. I have a partially paralyzed kid and how will i do washing till next week friday as the technicians only comes on fridays???? Will OK lend me a machine as they sell **** to you on their floor. If the technicians only comes on fridays and it is friday today why cant they ask if they can check the machine today?
