Bad Customer Service from Ok furniture

My mom bought a fridge at Ok furnitures and now its not working its not freezing food is getting spoiled we went to Ok furnitures in Mount Frere Eastern Cape 3weeks back they said the will send technician to come and fix fridge we waited no one came after 2weeks went back to the store to ask again the manager said the technician said he wont come because the fridge is not assinged to him so he wont get paid and the head office is not giving him response on what to do its almost 4weeks now with out a fridge and Ok furniture is just quiet no follow up no update they just told us Hisense has no parts/tools we must just wait. I mean how is that our problem just because we not buying they dont care! Forgeting we bought this fridge from them
