Bad customer service from branch manager

<p>My granny bought a JVC led 102cm at ok furniture on December 2016;now the TV is giving her problems when they took it to the branch for repairs the branch manager was so rude that he told them that they need to take that TV out of the branch and find themselves a private techinician;the strange part is how can they say that while the TV has a guarantee so can someone please help since the branch manager thinks he owns OK furniture.</p>
