Bad customer service

Good day,

OK Furniture - Bushbuckridge branch,

My mom bought a kitchen unit on July 9, 2024, paying cash, including for delivery. She was assured the unit would be delivered before July 20, 2024.

As of now, the kitchen unit has not been delivered. When she inquires, she's told it's with the supplier. We requested a refund but were told the store doesn't have funds. This is unacceptable and has caused us significant stress and frustration. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service and treatment we are receiving. I would never recommend others to purchase any items from this branch.
