Bad customer service

I bought a twin tub washing machine beginning of October 2022, collected on the 18th as they had no stock. I used it on the 21st only to find out that the machine is leaking. Took it back to the store the 23rd and they promised they will fix it. I got the machine back on the 26th and they assured me that it has been fixed. It started to leak again on the 17th of November, and traps the electricity when spinning. I took back to the store on the 19th but I was told to take the machine back, they will call the supplier and inform me about the outcome. I'm still waiting even today, no words from the store nor the supplier. Mind you I did lay the complain to supplier and the store on Facebook but I haven't not heard anything from them since then. They only promised to call back even today. And my laundry is busy pilling up now.
