Bad customer service

I bought a bedroom suite online 29 Nov and paid 300 delivery fee, till today my order has not been delivered, none of their telephone numbers are being answered for a week now, they answer on fb messenger when they want to, they have the worst customer service ever, this was my first online order with them and never to be repeated again
