bad customer service

hi bought phone at ok furnitures atlantis and then my charger block damaged i went back for a repair and they said that they cant repair the phone but can put in an insurance claim hopelessly for 4months ive been going in and out that shop just to be **** to and promise about new dates the phone will arrive . they are very very bad when it comes to customer service 4 MONTHS and still waiting
