Bad customer service doesn't even deserve 1star

I don't even have words to express my anger I have towards OK furniture in adderley street Cape Town. They display a restonic dbl bed worth R4000 on the floor as I did a cash sale 6days ago. The salesman politely asked me to buy a bed cover which I didn't do. Only to find out within the 6days that a second hand bed was sold to me with all four corners of the mattress broken in which one side looks like it had been stitched with thread before my use. A brand new bed. I am so angry as I have called AND EMAILED THE STORE WITH STILL NO RESPONSE. Can someone out there tell me what to do. No one is getting back to me with explanation why I paid for a second hand bed with delivery charge to a well known furniture store that is in business eversince my childhood, should I get a chance to get back to the store I would like a reasonable explanation. I'll never by furniture in that store ever again cause you just don't know what you actually paid for.
