Bad customer service

I laybyed a walldrope at ok furniture at kagiso mall n i paid them in full plus delivery fees.they told me they will deliver it the following week on Wednesday,only for them to call me n tell me they are out of stock n when i asked when will stock me available they told me they dont know and being rude on top of it all.i told them i will come n refund n they told me straight that i must first call them to find out if they have money. Imagine i paid them full and this is what im getting. Bad attitude and they don't even care. I just want my money so. Can buy elsewhere because i need the walldrope ASAP!!!
