Bad customer service

We bought a bed less than a year ago and the quality detoriated so quickly in such a short space of time.We went back to OK with the sleep to explain the issue around July 2020, we were told they would submit the complaint and get back to us which never happened. We then called back to find out what progress is and we were told the person who assisted us is not available and they shall contact us upon return .Till today 1 October 202@ we have not been told anything
