Bad customer service

Bought goods on line...went to the branch to collect the goods at 16:50 the branch was closed and trading hours says 17:00 the security guy was so rude from the door and the guy named Godfrey was telling me that his doing me a favor by letting me inside the branch to collect the goods I bought. The branch manager was there and they were still rude and swearing at us infront of the manager .
