Bad customer service

I have settled my account with the store as far back as April 2022. Since then to date the store has failed to update the account reflecting on my credit profile and as a result it has negatively impacted my credit score.

Because of OK furniture failing to update they records I am struggling to get a home loan so I can get a better home for my family.

When they wanted to get/collect money owed they pull all the stops but now that they got they money they don't care what happens to me.

And it's not as if I am asking a hard thing. All I need is for them to update they records to reflect the truth I DON'T owe them money.
