Bad customer service @Ok furniture Vereeniging Marks park

<p>Customer bought a display tv set Jvc Lt -55N776 55inch and it was not properly secured because the box was not available when the customer get home only to find that the tv doesn't even switch on and there is a mark on the screen.now the trainee manager by the name of Tsholofelo Marale was soo rude and telling the customer that she broke the tv and she will pay for it for it to be fixed my question to her was what is their return policy and what is their warranty and the guarantee regarding the product she didn't know what I was talking about I find her to be useless and not knowing what she's doing there as the tv was bought last day only to find it not working now the customer must pay for it to be fixed..Tv cost R8999.</p>
