BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT OK FURNITURE IN GEORGE!

I bought a DVD player in April/May this year at OK Furniture in George. Had to return it to the store as it was faulty. I was then asked to provide an affidavit because I lost the receipt, I did so. I have been calling the store non stop and each time I'm told the lady handling my case is not in... Then they take my number and promise to call back with feed back and they never do. Worst service ever! I want a refund now don't want their goods anymore. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store.
