Bad customer service at OK Furniture

I bought a bed at OK Furnitures in King William's Town (Ayliff Street)on th 05/09/2020 and a whole month later it still has not been delivered. I have visited the store, called them numerous times and even escalated the matter to their customer care department but I still have not received proper assistance. The bed is apparently not in stock and no-one can tell me when it will be and no-on is updating me on anything, I have to be the on who calls for feedback.

I have warned all my friends and colleagues against them and I just want to receive the item I paid for.
