Bad Customer service

We had a very terrible customer service from OK Furniture Stanger after we made our purchase in cash they promised to deliver on the 28th when we called to enquire they gave us Excuses then they said they will deliver on the 29th which is today then when we call they are saying they will deliver on the 31st because the truck did not arrive from the warehouse but when me made the purchase we were under the impression that the good will be in their store they Tuesday the 28th of December
