Bad customer Service

My husband and I bought an LG Microwave in December 2022 which amounted R2 699 paid Cash, at Ok Funiture Butterworthin April 2023 it gave us problems it switches but not warm the food, we took it back to the store, it was sent for repairs it can back working. Same thing happen in the beginning of December 2023. We took it to the store again on the 13th December 2023. Until today we do not have it. We are given different reasons every day we go there to check.
