Bad Customer Service

On the 20th of November the black Friday sale started at OK Furniture. I went to the store in Krugersdrop to purchase 3 things, a washing machine ,a fridge and a headboard. My application was sent to the head office for further processing .

On the 23rd November I called back the store to find out what was happening with my application but was told it's with the head office . I than called the headoffice to find out the progress but couldn't get them on the line as they kept saying they are experiencing high calls and was on hold for 10-15 minutes than I hung up.

On the 25th November I received a call from the lady that was helping with the application and she explained that can I send her some documents as that is what thy are requesting,I sent the requested documents on the same day .

I called back on the 27th November at OK Furniture Krugersdrop to find out the status of my applocation athey were still waiting for the head office . I called the head office again and once again the line kept on saying they are experiencing high calls and I should keep holding ,I was holding for 15 minutes with no help and I ended the call .

I am very disappointed in the way my application has been handled as still even now I haven't received any form of communication from the Head office .
