Bad customer service

<p>i bought a fridge from ok furniture store umzinto for R10500 when I opened the fridge I fnd out that the water dispenser isn't working I told them in December 12 last year even now I haven't been assisted as yet, they always give me stories each and every time I go to them, they really don't know how to treat their customers, they should just close down if they don't know what is customar service, how can you be rude to the people who bring you business? People who support your business, I wish I could tell all the customers never to purchase anything from that shop, rather go to Game or other furniture store I'm so sure they know better about good customer service not that OK Store where they sell goods that ain't working nxi *******....</p>
