Bad customer care

I bought a JVC sound bar in July 2019 at Ok furniture at roodepoort Van wyk street, then after a month, the system stopped playing, I took it back to the shop, then it was booked for repair where it lasted two weeks, then it was brought back at the shop, I went there to test it before I collect it, only to find that it wasnt fixed, it was still the same, then the manager told me that they will book it back to be fixed, it's been three weeks now, it's still at the shop, it's not collected for repair. It seem like they are not willing to fix this or to replace it. The worse part I have been paying for something that m not using it. This kind of service is very bad and selfish, they do not care about their customers but only care about receiving payment. I want my sound bar fixed before end of this week or they replace it.
