Bad Beds

In August 2014, I bought 2 kids beds with a 1 year guarantee. soon after the beds were bought, the kids started complaining that the beds were uncomfortable and made their backs sore. I reported this to the store where I had bought the beds and they said they would address the matter. Its been months now that I have been reporting this repeatedly and making follow up but to no avail.<br> <br> The way I see it, they're pushing for the guarantee period to be over so that they do not assist me.
