BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I bought a fridge last year November for cash at OK FURNITURE in Namakgale and i was told to pay delivery so they can deliver for me and if just incase it stop working or have any problem they can come and take it or check it as,it is still under guarantee, around June the fridge stopped Working and my younger sister went to report the fridge and she had the slip with her ,as im working in Pretoria and couldn't go my self , to my surprise they told her im the 0ne who should come in the store since im the one who bought it,i went in the store on the 29 August since I don't go there every Month and spoke to the Stock Clerk of that Branch ,they told me that they will come on the 1 or 2 September and they never came, I gave them till the end of the week to come and check it but they didn't come ,my sister has been going in and out of the store since then to check what is holding them and they always promise to come till today.OK FURNITRE has a lot of branches around the country and I believe is big company and I always buy thing for cash there and their slogan is NO PROBLEM store but they are just failing to assit me. im so very disappointed as I buy furniture from them .
