Bad attitude from OK Staff

Today at 8am I went into a Senekal OK Furniture store and two males were standing on the entrance and I greeted they didn't greet me back they continued with their conversation until I told them I'm greeting them and I need assistance with Moneymarket withdrawal.They then responded by saying im too early and they work on saves if I'm not there to pay an account I wont get assistance. The males responded with an attitude without even taking their time to ask how much I'm requesting.
