Bad Attitude & don't follow chain of command

Yesterday I got a sms from a relative saying I should contact Kimberly from Rainbow Finance, now I knew what it was about, I did not pay one month's premium, but it's only the one month that I skipped due to work obligations that I weren't in town to pay on time, however, she didn't phone me first, she directly phoned my relative to let him know that I should contact her with regards to my account, I am only one month behind, and I always pay my account on time, now she gives me the stinking attitude of \if their system shows my account in arrears it is her job to phone me""; skipping one month does not make me a person who lightheartedly neglects my responsibilities;it was because of work obligations that I could not make payment in due time..."""
