Bad attitude

<p>I took some furniture last year with OK furniture and I also took a phone. I always pay my account and they would always call me to say my account is in arrears. I always try to pay something monthly as am unemployed . so today they sent someone to take back the phone. So I really don't understand how they could do so while the account was paid.</p>
