Bad attitude

I am very disgusted by the service that I have received from OK Furniture Matatiele over the phone right now. I was enquiring about a Fridge that I would like to purchase as I will be home in the next coming days. The person whom I spoke to attended my call with an attitude. She said she will get back to me, I don’t know how when she didn’t even ask for my phone number. After that she ended the call on me.
