Baaaddddd

I bought a cellphone Hisense U962 at Ok Northam, on the third day I went to ok to complain about the battery for not lasting more than 3 hours after fully charged and without switching data. They told me that battery does not have a guarantee , I went to the Shop on day 9 they took the phone for repair it comes back with the same problem I took it back for the second time to the Shop to witness what I'm experiencing they changed the phone when they closed they switched it on but in the morning the phone was off without being used. They took it for second repair n I told them that I can't use the phone that went for repair while I reported them in 3 day about the fault they were supposed to replace it or return my money.
