AWAITING MY REFUND AFTER DOUBLE PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT

Dear Hello Peter<br> <br> I hereby would like to lodge a complaint with you about OK Furniture. I have bought a Fridge, microwave and a washing washing from them. I then had financial crisis and I approached the bank to help me pay up the account. FNB transferred R9695.00 on the 30.06.15. Later that day I personally went in sore and paid the settlement amount after receiving my salary I paid an amount of R7000.00+- to settle the account.. A week later<br> I realized that i have over paid OK furnishes. I then contact the head office on the head office on this number *** and i spoke to a some guy named Kagiso whom never really assisted me and all he cared about was to get more money from me cause according to him the never received any payment from FNB. I emailed him my proof of payment on this email address [Email Removed] which he claimed he never received it and i kept on emailing them the same email. Later that day he came to me with a story of I owe them R1000.00 and I need o pay it. I said to him he should send me a statement to see all these charged that he went on about. I was sent through a transcript with no proper info. I am still waiting till to this day.
