Awaiting bed I paid for

I'm not happy with the service that I got at OK Furniture in Kimberley in Monday 22 November 2021. They had beds on specials, they didn't have them readily in the shop and was told by a persuading sales person that I have to pay now before she can order the bed. She just wanted a sale, she was so untruthful that she even said the bed will arrive on Tuesday. I'm heavily pregnant and I have to sleep on the floor whilst awaiting the bed. She **** further on Tuesday saying the truck was in an accident, it will come Thursday. Today it's Thursday late n I'm here to collect the bed and she says Maybe Saturday. She has no remorse or anything.
