Avoid OK furniture

Bought and paid for a dstv decoder on their website on 16 August. Chose the option to collect it in store at the Kuilsriver branch. Today is the 8th of September. I just called them again and again I had to explain to them how online shopping works. They dont understand the concept of buying something online and collecting it in store. They simply don't understand it! A normal place would ask for the order number. No, not here. They ask what product Im looking for. Sorry we dont have stock. I was told last week that they would call me this week and that it would be ready for collection sometime this week. Its Friday and more than three weeks since i paid for it. I didnt buy it because I wanted it three weeks later. It was for someone's birthday which was last week to watch the world cup that starts today and I am still waiting. What an absolute joke. Twice the branch manager was asked by email with me in copy to contact me. Nothing! AVOID!
