Attitude from a Cashier

Katlehong ok furniture cashier bca01 has an attitude and rude. I have bought there before and I got good service. I don't know where they took this cashier thats looks down on other people. She called a customer "this thing" in Zulu saying she will beat them up.

I am not happy and I will never purchase there anymore.
