Arrogant guy from OK/Shoprite furniture being very rude to me I told him he must get his facts right before being arrogant to me and demanding me to pay my account that i dont have with OK furniture

<p>it is the 2nd time that i get calls from OK furniture.when they call they ask if it is lucinda witbooi to which i correct them that my correct name is lucinda whitebooi.then the person calling me asks me if i work and i say yes thinking it is part of marketing.they next question me when will i pay my account to which i queried do they have the correct person because i dont have an account with OK furniture. the guy that just called me was very arrogant when i told him that they must first confirm if they called the correct the correct person by confirming the address and ID Number. I am fed up with the calls i receive demanding a payment and the guy that was very arrogant. unfortunately I was so fired up that I did not get his name but your finance/creditors should have record of who they called.</p>
