Appliances never used ever since I bought them, yet bought cash.

I regret buying appliances at Embalenhle OK furniture, I bought a fridge and a washing machine on the 10th of May 2022, I reported a broken machine 4 days after receiving it, and yet till now it's not replaced with a new one, and it was never used.

Fridge Water dispenser is not working also, instead of changing it, I'm told about booking it in.

I'm so disappointed, it's almost a month now.
