Appalling and Disgusting Service

This review does not even deserve a star!!!!! I'm writing this report on behalf of my aunt who has experienced to say "appalling service" is an understatement. She purchased a Freezer on Lay-Bye at OK FURNITURE Stores in (Shop 24 Lethlabile Sq, Main Rd, Brits, 0250) and she was assisted by a lovely lady by the name of Thuli, now on the day of the when she went to pay for her final instalment including the delivery fee "Thuli" was o leave and my aunt was told that the freezer will be delivered in 3 working days however the delivery was not done, she followed up with OK Stores and to her surprise her freezer was sold to another customer and was told that they requested their warehouse to deliver in a week....As I type IT'S BEEN SIX WEEKS!!!!! Do they not care at all?!!! IS IT BECAUSE SHE IS BLACK?????? YES! I'm throwing the RACE CARD because this terrible service wouldn't have been awarded to "WHITE PERSON" Now I DO NOT want her to be refunded, I want her freezer to be delivered, IT'S LONG OVERDUE......
