Angry customer

I am so dissapointed in the service from ok furniture when i first made application it took almst 2 weeks for me to get a response, finally they gave me the credit i app**** for a bed, washing machine and a tv. My tv and washing machine was delivered i was told there was no stock if the bed, i told them its ok ill wait... It has been almst 2 weeks and im still waiting but they expect payment on the 1st of feb so i refuse to do that they will either give me a other bed or they need to find a way to compensate me. This is so dam frustrating
