An unexpected turn of events

So where do I begin, now I am a regular customer at your stores but I must say I was taken back by the level of service I received at the Ok Furniture store in Evaton Mall, the staff was pleasant and helpful but what really gained my attention was one of workers who goes by the name Zanele Khoza she was extremely well educated about the products that you guys offered and even went the extra mile in helping me choose the television set I ended up buying and in doing all of this she served me with a smile and the sort of patience that only a mother has for her child. so I would like to thank that young lady for giving me a wonderful experience at your store and hey I wish more of your workers had the sort of enthusiasm and work ethic that she displayed to me
