account complain

I was at the store in July 2015 I wanted to do debit order it Sunday the cashier told me debit orders are done only Mondays so I must come back on Mondays to do it, the little knowledge that I had I listened to what I've been told, then around August a gentleman who works at Ok told me I can fill in the forms anytime of a day, then I went on 30th of August to pay my accountand do a debt order the sales ladies told me that I can't do a bebit order on Sunday n I insisted to fill in the application forms n they said they fax to their headoffice the following day, but last week 23/10/2015 a debt collector was at my house to collect money or reposses my furniture, I called headoffice n only to find out the ladies didn't do their job, my form was received 21september 2015, my sick mum gave the man R1000 to pay I went to Daveyton to Demand a letter of apology only two ladies signed the other one was off but till today I haven't received her apology again now they debited money n I was told it will be debited November since I paid R1000, in not happy, OK must give me voucher they playing games now<br> Lerato Suthane<br> Dube Nkosingiphile<br> They signed but<br> Aphane Thabitha still waiting<br> I'm not happy
