Absolutely appalling delivery service... Ridiculous!!!

Your delivery service is absolutely appalling... I visited the OK furniture store in Golden Acre Cape town yesterday morning to make the payment needed before you could deliver the goods I bought from you. I was advised the delivery driver just left and my delivery could only take place the next day which is the 25/06/2021. I called in through out the day to make sure the delivery takes place today as I have had to cancel everything to wait for you to deliver, I was advised that my goods have been taken from the store by the delivery people and will definitely deliver today. I waited and waited but no delivery happened. The goods did not go back to the store, so where could they be???? I have not received communication as to what is happening, this delivery service you have is absolutely disgusting. If there's any fault with any of the things I bought you better not give problems because this is ridiculous, I have been waiting all day!
