Absolute nonsence

I bought my aunt a bed from this store. ( Restonic) Thinking I'm purchasing quality, but instead the bed has had to be returned twice, and I still keep getting a low-quality bed.

I'm furious because I'm not getting my money's worth, and have asked for my money back, but they keep giving me excuses.
