About the fringe

Most of my furniture I bought in that furniture store but for now so disappointing and disturbing me with Fringe I bought from them it’s know six time they repair it but it does not come right at all and when it come back it have every time a new scratch and up to know my fringe is not working they promised to come pick it up but nothing it’s now 2 weeks when they dropped it and when I reported it for the 7th time that this fringe does not work at all please help
