A WASTED DAY BECAUSE OF OK FURNITURE

Yesterday Sat 12 Dec I bought a couch, cash, at OK Furniture Zevenwacht Mall. The MANAGER assured me that they have plenty stock and that it would be delivered today, Sunday 13 Dec. After 3 phone calls (wasted cellular airtime) I finally am told that delivery will not happen because there was no stock at the Durbanville warehouse. The stock is apparently at the Epping warehouse (which is in any case closer to me). Of course the manager is not available - he apparently went home early today! I am extremely angry because no one even bothered to contact me and the nonchalant attitude of the staff is APPALLING!!!
