A Seamless, No-Hassle Shopping Experience at OK Furniture – Protea Glen

We recently bought a Calgan recliner couch for R15 000 cash, and I must say, the delivery was perfectly on time with no fuss at all. We also purchased a bedroom table set and a JVC sound system. The bedroom set had a few minor issues — the back holes for the headboard weren’t aligned correctly and there were small dents — but we managed to fix them ourselves.

The only disappointment was the JVC sound system. The unit displayed in-store was not actually available, so we had to settle for the displayed model without any discount, and we had to fetch the power cable ourselves.

Overall, I’d rate the experience a solid 4 out of 5. Despite the hiccups, a huge shout-out to Zondo Zelpha from Protea Glen Mall for her exceptional service. She made us feel truly at home and handled everything with professionalism and warmth.
