A horrible experience with OK Furnitures in Stellenbosch

Hi there I bought a TV from OK Funitures in Stellenbosch on the 26 November 2023 for R3000 and I have not received the TV till today. I have been calling the Shop since the day I bought the TV and they have been making me promises that they will deliver. I even went to the Shop every Saturday since then to enquiry about the TV. On the 18 January 2024 I went to the shop and they told me the TV is on the way from Worcester and that they will deliver the TV on the same day. On Friday the 19 January 2025 I receive a call at 12h15 from the Shop stating the TV is out of Stock and I must fetch my refund on the 20 January 2024. I went to the shop on the 20 January 2024 to fetch the refund only for the Manager to tell me there is no money in the shop. Next thing the manager left me at the Shop around 14h00 that day stating he is going to Sell one of the TV’s in the shop so that I can receive my refund. I waited until 17h00 the manger never showed up. On the 23 January 2024 I made a call to report the shop the person I was talking to told me that he will do an investigation and get back to me after. Till today 26 January 2024 I have not received a phone call. Around 19h30 26 January 2024 two months later the manager sent a staff member to bring me R2100 but I bought the TV for R3000 . I refused to take the money since it was not enough. What do I do now???
