A frustrated consumer.

My name is Lucious Mphiwe.My wife bought a two piece wardrobe at Ok Furniture Ga-Rankuwa in January 2023.She was helped by a lady called Lindiwe.When it was delivered it had scratches and one of its doors couldn't open.I notified them about the problem and they promised to attend to the problem the very next day.To this day nothing has happened.We went to the store on four or five occasions.Everytime Lindiwe told us they gonna replace the wardrobe as they've ordered a replacement from Maritzburg.She promised the latest to be the end of February.To this day nothing has happened.We still sitting with a wardrobe we can't use.I'm even considering contacting the ombudsman.We very frustrated.
